Data protection declaration

The protection and security of personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we strictly comply with the regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG). Below, we will inform you of what type of data is recorded and for what purpose it is gathered:

Data transfer/data recording
When you visit this website, the web server automatically records log files, which cannot be assigned to a specific person. For example, this data contains the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL (previously visited website), the IP address of the accessing computer, the date and time of the server access and the file being requested by the client (file name and URL). This data is only collected for the purpose of statistical evaluation. A disclosure to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes does not take place.
Use of personal data
Personal data is only gathered or processed if you provide this voluntarily, for example in the course of a query. Unless necessary reasons in connection with the processing of a transaction are present, you can revoke your previously issued consent to the saving of your personal data in writing with immediate effect at any time (for example by email or fax). Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary under statutory regulations.
Information, alteration and deletion of your data.
In accordance with applicable laws, you can ask us at any time in writing whether and what personal data relating to you is saved by us. You will receive a corresponding notification immediately in this respect.
Security of your data
Your personal data which has been provided by us will be secured by the taking of all technical and organisational security measures which prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing it. When sending extremely sensitive data or information, we would recommend using the postal services, as complete data security cannot be guaranteed when sending by email.

Most browsers are set in such a way that they automatically accept cookies. You can however de-activate the saving of cookies at any time or set your browser in such a way that you are informed of the sending of cookies.
Changes to these data protection provisions
We will update these provisions relating to the protection of your personal data from time to time. You should read these from time to time in order to remain up-to-date regarding how we protect your data and how we constantly improve the contents of our website. Should we carry out significant changes to the collection, use and/or disclosure of the personal data which you have provided to us, we will inform you of this by means of a clear and highly visible notice on the website. By means of your use of the website, you are declaring your agreement to the provisions of this notice concerning the protection of personal data.
